This recipe of the week, again submitted by a co-worker, is sure to make your holiday baking a little less stressful!
Cynthia’s Peanut Butter Microwave Fudge
Ingredients: 1 box of confectionery sugar, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/3 cup of milk and 1 cup of peanut butter.
1. Place sugar, butter and milk in a large bowl.
2. Microwave for two minutes.
3. Remove and stir with mixer.
4. Microwave for another 30 seconds, then add peanut butter.
5. Mix till combined.
6. Spread in a foil lined 8×8 pan.
7. Let cool in fridge and cut.
8. Enjoy!
