Ultimate Shine Mobile Detailing, has a location inside the Okeechobee Dodge Dealership, 4224 U.S. 441 S., and is available Monday -Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. They also offer mobile service Monday through Saturday. Locally owned and operated, the business has multiple RV Resort contracts. RVs are their specialty but they can do any kind of cars, trucks and more as well. They offer a variety of cleaning techniques. The most popular is the foam cannon, a touch-free wash. So, if you have a dirty car and need it looking car-lot new, these are the people to call. Lakeside Grill, 1111 S. Parrott Ave., is a family-style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a wonderful breakfast with such great items as stuffed french toast. For lunch check out the daily soups or come in for the Ruben sandwich and great salads. Dinner features a daily special to chose from or steak, a pasta dish or any of the comfort foods. A kid’s menu is available, as well as a private dining room for parties of five or more. The grill is open Tuesday -Saturday from 6:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday 6:30 – 3 p.m. Closed on Monday. Omelet in a Bag
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 slices ham, chopped (optional), 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped onion (optional), 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper (optional), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tomato (optional), 1 tablespoon chunky salsa (optional), 2 fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional).
Directions
1. Crack the eggs into a large resalable freezer bag. Press out most of the air, and seal. Shake or squeeze to beat the eggs. Open the bag, and add the ham, cheese, onion, green pepper, tomato, salsa, and mushrooms. Squeeze out as much of the air as you can, and seal the bag.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place up to 8 bags at a time into the boiling water. Cook for exactly 13 minutes. Open the bag, and let the omelet roll out onto a plate. The omelet should roll out easily.
